A Coffee Bean Bag Craft Project

If you are an individual who cares enough to purchase fairtrade coffee, my instincts tell me you are possibly a fan of recycling too. Thus, I would like to take this opportunity to share a clever project involving the bags of coffee beans. The end result is a good looking message board.

Slice off a piece of the coffee bean bag that is one inch larger than the dimension of the cork board you will be using. Next, starch and iron the bags till they are quite crisp. Place the piece of fabric over the front side of the board and then attach a frame to the perimeter. Voila, you have a neat new place to affix messages, swatches, instructions, photos, recipes, bills etc.
