Just imagine, if times are difficult here, then they are distressed for those fairtrade coffee producers in developing countries. Remember what we feel here is magnified in the way of life of a farmer thousands of miles away. That is why supporting those growers of coffee beans is of the utmost importance.

Though it may be difficult to fathom, becoming actively involved in fairtrade does have a substantial impact upon the producers that are out of sight, but not out of mind. Additionally, it is a great business decision, because it just makes basic sense. Should you need more convincing, attend one of the annual Fairtrade Fortnights to get a firm grasp on what it is truly all about, and what role you can play.
