Our Coffee Drinking Ritual

Everyone is indeed focused upon finding their favourite fair trade coffee online. Today we move at such a fast pace and appreciate the small luxury of being able to order our prized coffee from an online coffee supplier. However, taking a moment out to think about a simple fact or two that establishes the core of our coffee drinking ritual might be useful.

A very basic, yet oh so important choice is whether to select decaffeinated of regular coffee. So, take the following into consideration when you review your decision. Characteristically, decaffeinated coffee has 5 milligrams of caffeine or less per 6 ounce cup. Whereas, a regular cup of coffee typically has 50 milligrams of caffeine. Should this have any relevance to you, well that is something for you to assess. Are you looking for the buzz, or do you just like the warmth and flavour?  But, it never hurts to know the factual information about what you ingest.
