A Rib Recipe that Involves Gourmet Coffee and Chocolate

While on a search for interesting recipes involving coffee and tea, I found one to be quite an exciting surprise. What I came across was the instructions for coffee and chocolate braised short ribs. Never in a million years would I have thought to marinate ribs in gourmet coffee and chocolate. But, boy did it grab my attention.
Now, I must admit that the list of other ingredients was quite lengthy, and it nearly put me off the idea. But, there was an increasing curiosity growing, so I went for it. After collecting everything required, and purchasing a pan big enough to hold it all, the process was begun. The fragrance that wafted through the air was amazing, and it was quite nice to nibble on the leftover chocolate while I waited. Upon completion, I was initially a bit distraught because the coating appeared to be burnt. However, with just one taste it was clear that the marinade had simply become a delicious crumbly coating. The fusion of my two favourite things, coffee and chocolate was as dreamy as I could have hoped. I just can not believe this was not my idea to create such a taste sensation.
