There are quite a few terms heard daily that some of us can admit we really do not know what they mean. For example, gourmet coffee is one of those coffee-related phrases that we constantly see written and hear uttered, but might not have a handle on the actual meaning of it.

So, I looked it up and found that gourmet coffee comes from exceptional Arabica beans that are grown most often in the optimum conditions of mountainous regions. Those beans are then predominantly hand picked with great care and attention. All in all, the gourmet coffee has what is referred to as a distinctive flavour, and is highly desirable for this element.
