Grinding Their Own Beans

October 1st, 2009 by keen bean

Recently, I have come across several articles on the growing number of people who have taken to grinding their own beans. Most coffee drinkers start off buying already ground coffee and sticking with that for their personal supply. There are quite a few good reasons why the majority of java drinkers never make the switch to grinding their own coffee beans.

In turn, those people who ultimately decide to undertake the grinding process for themselves also state very good incentives for making the change. I have heard from both sides personally, and read a great deal on the topic. Now, as someone who has been both a grinder and a non-grinder I have but one conclusion. There is a time and a place for ground organic coffee and whole bean in my life. Ain’t life grind, uh I mean grand.
